We must also maintain a percentage of 50 as a group to win the prize.
1: If by the end of the 1st week you have 51% individually you will receive $5 off of your ledger.
2: If by the end of the 2nd week you have 51% individually you will receive a tardy slip (within 5minutes) to use whenever – they will never expire.
3: If by the end of the 3rd week you have 51% individually you will receive 30 minutes of PTO
4: If by the end of the 4th week you have 51% individually you will receive $5 off your ledger.
5: If by the end of the 5th week we have 50% as a group we will win 2 hours PTO.
CONTACT TECH: Your is to maintain 30% annual supplies in all contact lens orders. You will the same weekly as long as you maintain your goal. You will also be included in the 5th week prize if we reach our monthly fundus photo goal of 50%.
