In order to reiterate importance of adding CL services correctly we are going to focus on 3 main paints –
1. Selecting the last doctor patient saw for full exam when applying VSP allowances
2. Making sure to adjust off any balances a patient isn’t responsible for with VSP and Eyemed – not “sending” out to insurance
3. Posting and collecting contact lens co pays
4. Making sure we dispense contacts in patients account
We get 10 mistakes in total for the month of April. Each country counts as a “mistake” so with each mistake, one country will be taken away. If by the end of the month our planet is still intact with at least one “country” still left, we will receive 2 hours of PTO!
