I Want to Ride my Bicycle

Our goal this month is to make sure that the dates of service are correct on all Rx orders (glasses and contact lenses). Background info: We were not always updating the date of service on Rx orders & fee slips if a patient purchased glasses or contact lenses on a day after their exam. This was affecting our insurance claims and payments.
The goal is to air up your tires so you can ride your bicycle. Each tire represents a week of the month. If there are no date-of-service mistakes for the week, your tire gets aired up and is no longer flat! Each employee is awarded 30 minutes PTO for each tire that gets aired up.
