Our goal was to raise the bar with our customer service skills! We asked our Front Desk and Call Center employees at all locations to go above and beyond for our patients. Each time someone witnessed another employee going above and beyond for a patient, or if a patient gave a specific survey shout out to a Front Desk/Call Center employee, it earned an entry. Our goal was set for 30 entries over a 2 month span. If the goal was met, each employee would receive a goody bag full of lottery tickets and candy!
