17 Minute Race

Our mini game was to track how much time it took to pretest each exam. We wrote down the time when we called the pt back and the time when we left the exam room. At the end of the day we totaled the time for each patient. Our goal was to have each exam through pretest in 17 minutes. Our scoreboard was set up by: how many pretests were under 17 minutes / number of exams we saw that day. We gave ourselves a medal if we reached 75% of the exams each day. Our monthly goal was to meet 75% of the exams in under 17 minutes. Half way goal: ice cream. Monthly goal: 1 hour PTO.
