OPTOS or Die

The goal of the work up technicians for the month of October was to get more patients to agree to the additional retinal screening. Our daily goal was to get at least 85% or higher of patients who received the OPTOS. We had a halfway goal of 85% or higher for 12 days, and a full goal of 17 days with that percentage or higher.

For everyday the goal was meant a new piece was added onto one of our monsters.

The half way goal was a coffee and the full goal was a $10 ledger credit.
