Dont let our snowman melt

The goal is to keep FP% at 50% or higher. If by every Friday this month our % is lower than 50% our snowman will begin the melt(lose items) If by the end of the month we have 50% we will receive 1 hour PTO. If by the end of the month we have 53% we will receive another hour of PTO which makes 2 hours. If by the end of the month we are at 55% we receive an additional 30 min.
