"It's a Family Thing" MiniGame

The goal was to book 10 family exams by asking patients if they had someone else they needed to get set up for an appointment. This was played by both the front desk team and the tech team as our techs book our follow-up appointments and can ask patients at that time. If the goal of booking 10 family appointments in December was met, each player won $20 off their ledger to reduce their balance for purchasing eyewear for themselves or their family.
