Sham-Rocking our Schedule!

The goal of this mini game was to increase the percentage of filled appointment spots. The front desk & business office worked together to encourage patients to keep their appointments and also, to fill spots when patients have to cancel. our goals were to increase our percentage to either 70%, 80% or 90%.
