This mini game really encompassed the entire office, including techs, optical staff, docs, and back office support. The goal was to increase CL Sales over a period of 2 months. Docs prescribed and talked about the contact lens prescriptions, Techs supported doc conversations and discussed available rebates as they took pts over to hand-off with Optical. Techs also mentioned at check-in during CL Exam conversation. Optical Team used quote sheets to review benefits of buying here, Back Office followed up with Quote Calls and stressed rebate offers. The concept of doing an office-wide focus brought everyone together as a team to build enthusiasm and shared achievement.
