Tacklin' Prescriptions

The goal of this mini game was to increase our capture rate and sell more glasses and sunglasses. We tried getting as many prescription forms as possible completely filled out (primary, reading & sun wear). The football field represents our weekly average of RX forms with all 3 Rx's by moving the football player across the field. Our daily average was shown by filling in the calendar.
