Our Leadership Development Program is a comprehensive and intensive program where we work alongside the owner, managers, and leadership team to improve communication, accountability, and performance.
We implement foundational elements to minimize practice dependence on the owner (and managers), while building up the team. We work to develop layers of mentorship within your practice with the goal of creating sustainable change. Our methodology is to create a consistent system of communication, accountability, and people development within the organization by developing a leadership team.
